1) Enter amount of transaction
2) Ask if the purchaser wants to cover the estimated credit card processing fee
3) Fill in the “comment” with the merchandise description(s)
4) Complete the form either by having the purchaser fill it in or you may assist. Ask the purchaser to enter all the credit card data.
