The Tennessee Firearms Association Legislative Action Committee (TFALAC) is the state political action committee that exists to help support financially candidates for state offices that it determines have worked hard to advance the rights protected by the Second Amendment and/or candidates that have gone through its vetting process and who are challenging undesirable incumbents and/or are seeking to win in open seats.
Although the process is a continuing one, TFALAC has sent financial contributions to the following Senate and House candidates in Tennessee for 2018. TFALAC encourages each of you to check their TFA survey responses, their websites, their materials and to consider also supporting these candidates so that we can continue work toward “draining the swamp” at the state and local levels, The list is sorted by Legislative House and then district.

Many have asked whether TFA (or TFALAC) is or will be supporting any candidates for governor. At present, TFA is not making any contributions to nor otherwise supporting any candidate for governor in 2018. None of them have a strong, demonstrated history of standing firm to protect the rights recognized and protected by the 2nd Amendment.
