State of Texas and GOA sue BATF over “pistol brace” rule – where is the State of Tennessee – UPDATED

On February 9, 2023, the State of Texas, Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation and Brady Brown sued the BATF seeking to have the ATF’s “pistol brace” rule declared unconstitutional. After this was released, it was determined that the State of Tennessee under Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti has joined a lawsuit filed in North Dakota under the lead of West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. State attorneys general from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.
