On Saturday, September 9, 2023, Congressman Mark Green addressed the large number of Second Amendment supporters at the Tennessee Firearms Association Legislative Action Committee’s 2023 Annual Event. Congressman Green shares his support of the efforts of the Tennessee Firearms Association and how the organization has worked with him as a state Senator and now in Congress to help defend the rights of Tennesseans and to fight against gun control in Tennessee and against the ATF.
As a Tennessee state senator, Congressman Green carried legislation to enact constitutional carry in Tennessee but Legislative Republicans killed it. During this speech, he called on Tennessee to pass Real Constitutional Carry law in Tennessee (video at 2:25).
Congressman Green gave a fantastic speech addressing the need for Tennesseans and Americans to engage the fight to protect our rights and defeat tyranny – including the need to stop gun control efforts in Tennessee.
